ERIN B. COBB

CLINIC OWNER, DIRECTOR, & OTR/L

Erin Cobb, OTR/L is a pediatric occupational therapist with more than 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings including home health, preschool and outpatient facilities.  With a strong desire to help children and families in the under-served areas north of Nashville, Erin opened Springfield Pediatric Therapy in September 2009.  Erin has training in feeding difficulties, fine motor/handwriting difficulties, and sensory integration.  Erin is certified in the SOS (Sensory Oral Sequential) feeding method and iLs (Integrated Listening Systems).  Erin lives in Springfield with her husband and 2 sons.  “It is my hope to be a light in the lives of the children and families that I serve.”

DR. CHASITI CHANDLER

PT,DPT

Dr. Chasiti Chandler, PT, DPT graduated from Tennessee State University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in May 2018. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from East Tennessee State University in 2013. Chasiti has had a strong passion for working in pediatrics since she decided to become a physical therapist 9 years ago and is working toward becoming a Board Certified Pediatric Specialist. Chasiti and her husband, Brent, live in Hendersonville, TN. They have one black cat named Cash, after Johnny Cash and Chasitis’ lucky number is 13. She and her husband love everything Disney! Chasiti says her favorite Disney character is Mickey Mouse, especially when he has his sorcerer’s hat on! Chasiti and Brent love taking annual trips to Disney World to visit Mickey and the gang!

KATIE McMAHAN

Katie McMahan, COTA/L graduated from Nashville State Community College and has over 10 years of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has worked in a variety of settings including long term care facilities and home health care, but found her passion in pediatrics.  Katie is certified in SOS Approach to Feeding (Sequential Oral Sensory), as well as iLs (Integrated Listening System). Katie lives in Coopertown with her husband and son.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

CHRISTINE STRACHAN

COTA/L

Christine Strachan, COTA/L graduated from Green River Community College in Auburn, WA in August 2008. She has worked in a variety of settings including home health care, skilled nursing facilities and pediatrics.  Christine is certified in iLs (Integrated Listening Systems) and has specific training in sensory integration techniques using Brainworks. She lives in Clarksville with her husband and step-daughter and enjoys spending time serving as the coordinator for the program for children with special needs at her local church.

DENISE THOMPSON

BILLING & CREDENTIALING MANAGER

Denise Thompson has been the billing and credentialing manager at Springfield Pediatric Therapy since 2012.  She has been working in the medical billing field since 1985.  Denise lives in Ashland City with her husband Billy.  They have 2 children and 5 wonderful grandchildren.  Denise is raising her grandson who has special needs, giving her a passion and empathy for the families that she serves at Springfield Pediatric Therapy.

KAREN LINCOLN

OFFICE MANAGER

Karen Lincoln is a life-long resident of Springfield.  She has been the office manager at Springfield Pediatric Therapy since its opening in 2009.  Karen has been married to her husband Ben for 28 years.  She has 3 children and 2 grandchildren.  Karen loves spending time with her grandkids, riding bikes, walking and scrapbooking.

Andrea Wing has been the office assistant at Springfield Pediatric Therapy since September 2014. 12 years ago, Andrea married her college sweetheart and moved to Springfield.  They have 2 beautiful children, Jocelyn (9) and Garrett (8).

GRACE YATES

OTR/L

Grace Yates, OTR/L graduated from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY with a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2018. Grace has always had a love for working with children and discovered that pediatric occupational therapy is her passion. As a native Tennessean, she now lives in Springfield with her husband, Luke and dog Brinkley. She enjoys the outdoors, watching football (Go Dawgs!),
being involved with a local church, and spending time with friends and family.

M.S. CCC-SLP

Kelsey Rowe, MS CF-SLP graduated with her masters in speech-language pathology from Western KY University in 2017.  She has been specializing in pediatrics since graduation and is passionate about helping children learn and grow.  Kelsey has experience working with children in both outpatient and school settings.  Kelsey has experience working with augmentative assistive communication devices, fluency, sign language and children with autism.  She lives in Russelville with her husband and son and enjoys spending time outdoors.

CHRISTINA VASQUEZ-LINDAHL

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Christina Vasquez-Lindahl, PCC worked as a part time translator here at Springfield Pediatric Therapy before transitioning into the role of Patient Care Coordinator.  She studied child development and psychology before entering the military.  Through her studies, she has always known that she wanted to work with children and their families.  As a wife and mother of 6, advocacy for children has always been a passion of hers.  Her role as patient care coordinator fulfills this passion by allowing her to build connections between a variety of providers to ensure the patients are receiving the services they need.  Christina enjoys building personal relationships and bridging the gap for Spanish speaking families through her translation services.  Christina’s life is fulfilled with family, friends, church and her kids’ activities!

LEXI MILLER

PTA

Lexi Miller, PTA graduated from North Central State College in May of 2018. She is from Ohio and is excited to start her new adventure here in Tennessee with Springfield Pediatric Therapy.  She fell in love with pediatric therapy since the very moment she was exposed to it during her schooling and decided to pursue her passion.  For fun Lexi enjoys hiking with her dog, Parker, spending time with loved ones, and doing crafts!

JESSICA MINARD 

DPT, PT

Jessica Minard, DPT, PT graduated from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, Texas in 2012. She has worked in pediatrics since graduating in a variety of settings including home health and long-term care facilities. The last two years she served as a physical therapist to orphans with a variety of diagnoses across several centers in Southeast Asia. She has been trained in Neuro-Development Therapy. She is passionate about working with children with special needs and helping them to succeed and grow.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.

MICHELE MUNDY

Michele Mundy, COTA/L, graduated from the University of Alabama in May, 2017 with a B.A. in Communicative Sciences & Disorders. Having discovered her true passion of occupational therapy, Michele went back to school and received her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Keiser University in December, 2018. She has a passion for working with the pediatric population and enjoys treating a variety of pediatric disorders. She is originally from Memphis, TN, but moved to the Nashville, TN area earlier this year. She enjoys going on runs with her dog, Ellie, and spending time with her family.

VANESSA SCIOTTI

OTR/L, CIMI-2

Vanessa Sciotti, OTR/L, CIMI-2 graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in August 2016. She has been specializing in pediatrics since graduation and is passionate about helping children learn new skills. Vanessa is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. She lives in Madison with her husband and dog and she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Gabrielle Hobbs, M.S. CCC-SLP graduated from Murray State University in 2009 with an M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology. She has a passion for pediatrics and has worked in a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient rehab, and home-based early intervention. She has extensive experience in the area of pediatric feeding/swallowing, but also enjoys treating a variety of speech and language disorders. She is trained in the Sequential Oral Sensory approach to feeding, Food Chaining, Beckman Oral-Motor, Talk Tools, and PECS. She lives in Franklin, KY and enjoys traveling and spending time with her dog.

JONATHAN

PTA

Jonathan and his wife Christen have two wonderful children, Twila Jane (age 3) and Finn (age 1). Jonathan has been working as a PTA for over two years with a rounded background in adult orthopedic rehabilitation and geriatric care. Jonathan served in the Air National guard from 2008-2014, while working in retail, and attaining a B.S. degree in HHP from Austin Peay State University. Jonathan has since attained a PTA degree from VolState and enjoys the dynamic field of physical therapy. Jonathan serves at Bethlehem Baptist Church, working to reach the community of Robertson County. Jonathan's hobbies are spending time with his family and three dogs, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and shooting.

MICHELLE WRAY

PTA, ATC

Michelle Wray, PTA, ATC graduated from Volunteer State Community College in 2013. She also has a BS in Athletic Training and an MS in Health. She worked for 11 years as an athletic trainer in high school and college settings. Michelle has worked as a pediatric PTA for the last 5 1/2 years and is excited to start her new adventure here at Shine. She has experience in orthopedic injuries, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and serial casting but also enjoys treating a variety of pediatric disorders. Michelle, her husband, and 2 children live in Greenbrier, TN.

MATT YOUNG

OTA

Matthew Young has lived in Greenbrier his whole life and is very excited to serve the community that raised him. Matthew graduated from Belmont University with a doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy in May of 2019 and has experience in both school-based and outpatient pediatric settings. Matthew has a wide range of interests within working with children, including animal-assisted therapy, hippotherapy, feeding therapy, and community-based water safety education. In his free time, you can find Matthew reading a book, spending time with family and friends, singing in the church choir, or taking a joy ride with his horse.

Sayra has lived in Robertson County her entire life and recently got married; she currently lives with her husband, brothers, and dog. Sayra's heart has always been for people and helping those in need by meeting them where they are. Sayra enjoys cooking and traveling!

Tracie West, M.S. CF-SLP.  graduated from Tennessee State University in 2019 with a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She has always had a heart for working with children and helping them learn and develop. she loves many aspects of speech-language therapy, but her passion is in early intervention and feeding/swallowing therapy. She recently completed the Sequential Oral Sensory Approach to Feeding program and hopes to complete more feeding training in the coming year. She currently lives in Clarksville, TN, and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and crafting.

Linda Pham, M.S., CCC-SLP graduated from Tennessee State University in 2017 with an M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology. Ms. Linda graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2010 with a B.S. in Communication Disorders. Prior to attending graduate school, Ms. Linda spent a summer at a special needs school in Da Nang, Vietnam. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, outpatient rehabilitation, and home-based settings. She has extensive experience with school-age children from preschool through 21 years of age. Ms. Linda is trained in the Beckman Oral-Motor. She currently lives in Nashville, TN, and enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her family and friends along with her new addition, her dog (Basil).

ANNELISE MITCHELL

Annelise Mitchell, M.A. CF SLP graduated from the University of Florida in 2020 with her masters in speech-language pathology. She enjoys working with kids and is passionate about helping them communicate effectively in the world around them! Annelise is originally from Panama City Beach, Florida and recently joined the Shine Pediatric Therapy team in 2020. In her free time, she enjoys taking her Irish-doodle, Benji, to the park and trying new restaurants with her fiancé, Garrett.
